The StoryXLab Cohort 1 journey came to a beautiful close on 28th November, 2025, marking a milestone we’ll remember for a long time. What started as an experiment in nurturing young storytellers has now become a community of bold voices ready to shape conversations and create impact.
Our closing ceremony was held as a hybrid event, bringing together participants from across locations- our NECA-ITF–sponsored participants who were ably represented both online and onsite. Seeing everyone share one space, whether physically or virtually, was a powerful reminder that creativity has no borders.
The ceremony featured reflections, standout project showcases, heartfelt gratitude to our facilitators, and moments of joy as participants received recognition for their hard work. Each story shared echoed the same truth:
when young creatives are empowered with mentorship, and community, they grow in ways that are impossible to ignore.
We’re incredibly proud of every participant who chose to bet on themselves and trust the process. Cohort 1 proved that storytelling is more than skill- it’s transformation.
We can’t wait to see where this journey leads next.
